We spent a few minutes discussing the Charter 11 filing by Nortel. We all concluded it was what Nortel needed to do to protect their cash and stay in business. This allows them to re-organize while keeping the cash they have. The only negative we see is that future decisions on new systems will not go to Nortel unless they already have a Nortel network.

This is an exciting time to be an American. Lot’s of pride and a lot of things to be proud of. There is a sense in the air that although times are economically tough, we are going to come thru this stronger than ever. There is a sense of pride in the man our country has .....
